Mr. Prageeth Rukshan is an Academic & Researcher in the field of Taxation and currently serving as a Lecturer - Tax Law at University of Colombo. Further, he has extended his service as a Partner Tax & Regulatory at Akwin Consultancy Service (a firm specialized in Tax & Legal affairs).
He holds the Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance Special) Degree & Bachelor of Laws Degree and currently reading for MBA & LLM.
Mr. Rukshan is a Fellow Member of Sri Lanka Institute of Taxation (FTII), a Member of Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (MAAT), An Associate Member of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka (ACPM) & Society of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka (ACMA) and Charted Tax Advisor (CTA) of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
He was the winner of Hugh Molagoda Gold Medal for outstanding achievements in 2012 at SLIT and Academic Winner of Para Legal Studies conducted by LAC of Sri Lanka in 2013.
