Ms. Samanthi Bamunusinghe is a fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and Sri Lanka Institute of Taxation.
She was the Winner of Hugh Molagoda Memorial medal awarded by the Sri Lanka Institute of Taxation in 2009.She holds a B.Sc. Accountancy (Special) degree with second (upper) class from University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and Reading for LL.B degree in Open University of Sri Lanka. Currently she is working as a director of Ernst and Young Sri Lanka. She has served as the treasurer of the Sri Lanka Institute of Taxation in 2012-2013.
